In this video, we examine the most characteristic gestures and postures of gargoyles. Many of them appear with twisted bodies, with arms and legs positioned in various ways, or in a stance of watchfulness. We analyze some of these recurring expressions and positions, which lend dynamism, intensity, and symbolic intention to their presence on architectural structures.
